From the moment you step inside, you will love its beautiful cathedral ceiling, which creates a wonderful sense of space and volume.
Nestled in the heart of an exceptional 4,200-hectare private forest estate, it is the perfect getaway for a romantic retreat or a small family holiday, combining the quiet of the pine forest, relaxation by the pool, and proximity to the ocean. 🏡 THE ACCOMMODATION: CHARM & SPACE A beautifully designed, bright, and fully equipped interior for a perfectly comfortable stay. - Living space: A warm living area enhanced by high ceilings, opening onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen to easily prepare your meals. - Bedroom: A cozy and tastefully decorated bedroom with a comfortable double bed. - Extra bed option: Upon request, an extra bed can be set up to accommodate a child or a teenager. - Bathroom: Features a relaxing bathtub and a double vanity (with a separate toilet for extra convenience). - A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge upon request. 🍃 THE OUTDOORS: GARDEN & NATURE POOL Your private space: A charming semi-enclosed private garden and a large furnished terrace (dining table, sun loungers, parasol, BBQ), perfect for outdoor lunches or relaxing evenings. - The Pool: Free access to the estate's shared outdoor swimming pool, a true oasis of freshness nestled in nature to unwind after a day of exploration. - The Private Estate: Exclusive access to miles of preserved forest trails in the heart of the pine forest for your walks or bike rides. - Bonus Service: Rent your bicycles with ease; they will be delivered directly to your cottage upon arrival! 🔒 SECURITY DEPOSIT (Bank authorization) A €650 bank authorization (hold) will be required for the rental.
This hold is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect your credit card limit.
Only a €8.10 service fee will be at your expense. Within 7 days following your departure (and subject to the property being returned in perfect condition), the hold will be automatically cancelled without any action required on your part.
