Great View. Very quiet area with little to no late night activity. 45min-1hr from center of Paris by metro. No temperature regulation. Dusty with scary looking spiders. As many people say, the shower is quite small. If you are tall or wide, good luck. 10 minutes walking from Creteil Soleil, the local mall. Great for one person.

This place met all my basic needs. It was in a nice and safe location. It was clean and provided all the necessities I needed. Hot water was available. The washer/dryer combo was a fantastic feature. Although it was expected to be small, the shower was too small to my liking. However, that seems to be a common theme in France. This will check off the basics for anyone.
