The Paradiso apartment is located in an apartment building with three floors and is on the second floor facing the lake.
The apartment has two large balconies with panoramic lake and mountain views.
The house is situated slightly higher up in the small village of Santa Maria Rezzonico, surrounded by small houses and Italian neighbors, so that you can experience typical Italian life up close.
Smaller stores, bars and restaurants are located within a radius of 1 km and the lake is in the immediate vicinity.
The light-flooded Paradiso vacation apartment is accessed via the staircase on the mountain side and boasts a generous amount of space and a fantastic view of Lake Como.

Paradisische Lage mit Blick auf das Schloß von Rezzonico, viel Platz, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. schöne Bademöglichkeiten unterhalb. Faszinierend das Bergdorf San Martino mit seiner Ziegenalm und Trattoria neben der Dorfkirche, Osvaldo ist ein humoriger und sympathischer Ansprechpartner.
