Extrem gute Lage direkt am Hauptstrand von Nizza , nahe der Altstadt und Partymeile. Straße relativ laut, bei geschlossenen Fenstern nachts jedoch okay. Gute Klimaanlage. Toller Balkon mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Sehr gute Sicherheit mit Concierge im Eingang und mehreren Sperren.
