In St Martin d’Ardèche, just a 10-minute walk from the village center and the river (beach awarded the Blue Flag), in a peaceful environment, a private individual rents out a fully equipped small house of 30 m² for up to 4 people. The house features a shaded terrace with no overlooking neighbors.

You will have access to the grounds and shared games in the co-owned property.

Secure parking for your vehicle is located behind the house. This tranquil accommodation, set in green surroundings, offers an ideal relaxing stay for the whole family.

Nearby, you can enjoy activities such as tree climbing, exploring the Ardèche gorges and caves, hiking, and visiting the village of Aiguèze.

You will also be at the gateway to the Gard, the Cévennes, and the Drôme Provençale. The accommodation has been recently renovated. It includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed in the living room (140 x 190) with a recent mattress, and two beds in the bedroom (80 x 190) that can be joined to form a large bed (160 x 190). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a vanity unit, and a toilet. As we ourselves have a small dog, we welcome pets at no extra charge.
