Stay in a fully renovated detached house located in Orvillers-Sorel, near the owners' residence, on a large, enclosed, tree-filled garden.
Enjoy a 1500m² enclosed outdoor space with a spa, ideal for relaxing in any season.
On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, coffee pod machine), a bright living room, a separate dining room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, the cottage has 4 bedrooms: 2 single bedrooms with 90x190 cm beds and 2 double bedrooms with 160x190 cm beds.
A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the upper floor.
A washer-dryer is available in the basement.
Baby equipment is available upon request.
Beds are made upon arrival, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
Heating is provided by a heat pump (charged according to consumption).
Green'up outlet for vehicle charging (additional charge).
