Villa Alegria by Atlantic Holiday offers a relaxing stay on the south-west coast of Madeira, in Estreito da Calheta. Ideal for families, couples or friends, the house sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms: two with queen-size double beds and one with two single beds.


Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, as well as a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates and utensils, everything you need to cook at home. There is also a washing machine and hairdryer.


The house includes air conditioning/heating, Smart TV with box and is family-friendly, with a cot and high chair for babies. Sheets and towels are provided.


Outside, there is private space for parking two cars and a terrace with a heated pool.


Heated Pool
Our villa provides the option to heat the pool for your convenience. Please note that this service is available for an additional cost and can be arranged upon request.

During summer, the normal pool temperature is around 17/18°C, reaching up to 26/27°C. In winter, the temperature typically ranges from 14/15°C, reaching up to 23/24°C.


The Municipality charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The amount of the fee is

- 2EUR per night;

- This fee applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests under the age of 13.

- This amount must be paid directly to us so that we can hand it over to the Municipality.


We will provide all the necessary details, for the payment of the Tourist Tax, together with the check-in information.


The house is non-smoking indoors. Whether you want to explore the island or enjoy a quiet corner, this property offers a comfortable and functional space to get to know Madeira.


Check-in is available from 4pm until 5am the following morning.
