The stylishly and cozily furnished vacation apartment "Seezauber" offers couples and small families with up to two adults and two children the ideal place for a relaxing break on Lake Constance.
The newly renovated studio apartment is very centrally located and only about 100 meters from the lake – perfect for spontaneous walks by the water, excursions, or a dip in the cool water. The combined living and sleeping area is bright, modernly designed, and functionally equipped.
A comfortable double bed, a sofa bed for children, and a modern kitchenette with two induction hobs and a dishwasher ensure everyday comfort.
The internal bathroom is equipped with a shower, and the spacious, covered balcony is a wonderful place to end the day outdoors. A fast internet connection also makes the apartment ideal for a stay with home office.
A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
Your own washing machine in the basement and an underground parking space complete the offer.
The vacation apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the 1st upper floor and is accessible via an elevator with almost barrier-free access.
Only about eight steps lead directly to the apartment door. Kressbronn am Bodensee enchants with its charming location between Lindau and Friedrichshafen, short routes to nature, and diverse recreational opportunities around the lake, vineyards, and rolling hills.
Whether active or relaxed – the "Seezauber" vacation apartment is your modern temporary home. Amenities for a completely carefree stay: Upon arrival, you will find freshly made beds, carefully prepared hand, shower, and dish towels, as well as a starter kit with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene products.
Final cleaning, bed linen, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time if needed. Important notes: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Flexible arrival and departure are possible seven days a week, and thanks to the existing key safe, late arrival is not a problem. Upon arrival, you will receive the Echt-Bodensee-Card, which entitles you to free travel on buses and trains in the Bodensee-Oberschwaben transport association (bodo). You can also find all the benefits at a glance in the ECHT BODENSEE CARD travel guide! Important note on parking: Due to extensive underground garage renovation, the garage will not be usable from September 28, 2026, to May 21, 2027. Loading and unloading directly at the house remains possible.
We will provide you with a free parking permit for a public parking lot approximately 900 meters away (limited availability, no parking space guarantee). Construction noise may occur on weekdays.

Man ist gleich am See, im Park, am Bahnhof. Die Nachbarschaft ist nett, man kann sich wirklich wohl fühlen.
Alles war ok. Der Aufzug funktionierte nicht, aber den brauchte ich nicht.

Hervorragende Lage und ausgesucht liebevoll und neu eingerichtetes sowie dekoriertes Appartment. Perfekt sauber und perfekt vorbereitet, z.B. war der Kühlschrank bereits eingeschaltet als ich dort ankam. Sehr zu empfehlen!
