Nestled in the hinterland, this house will seduce you with its green garden, its swimming pool of 8mx4 and its various outdoor spaces.
Suitable for quiet and leisure, the house even has a petanque corner! (Opinion to amateurs...) Inside, a living room, bright and open, consists of two large main spaces: the living room and the kitchen. The living room, spacious and warmly decorated, opens directly to the outside, thus offering an unobstructed view.
Smart TV, board games and equipment of its will also decorate your afternoon of strolling. The kitchen, perfectly equipped and with a clean design, also provides a wine cellar and a central island, suitable for family moments.
It joins the veranda which, on the other hand, gives on the outside barbecue area. As for the rooms, you can take your comforts on the ground floor in the master bedroom thanks to its king size bed, its private shower room, and its large integrated dressing room.
The room offers direct access to the garden. An extra room is also at your disposal, with a sofa bed for an extra bed. (This room initially serves as office space). Upstairs, two more bedrooms.
The first has two single beds, and the second has a queen size bed and a private terrace (unappointed). Both rooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes and dressing rooms. To sum up, an ideal and well-equipped holiday home, which will undoubtedly delight the whole family, and promises a successful stay on the French Riviera. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...) The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible). Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m. Arrivals beyond this schedule must be specified and may incur additional costs. We inform you that in order to finalize any reservation, secure external links are sent to you as part of our internal organization. We would like to reassure you that this approach is reliable and secure. A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
