Welcome to the "Au Pfeffel" apartment, an elegant duplex that can accommodate up to four people, nestled in the heart of Colmar's historic center, on a quiet street, just steps from architectural treasures, traditional restaurants, and the famous Christmas and Easter markets.
Located on the second and third floors of a traditional Alsatian half-timbered house, this apartment blends old-world charm with modern comfort.
You'll also have a private underground garage, a real bonus in the city center. On the second floor of the apartment, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms.
The first has two single beds (90x200 cm) and practical storage.
The second is a master suite with a double bed (160x200 cm), a spacious dressing room, and a private bathroom with a toilet. Also on the second floor, a bathroom with a bathtub, double vanity, and a separate toilet are available.
For added convenience, a laundry room completes this floor. On the third floor, you'll be charmed by the bright living room, open to a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for sharing delicious meals.
You can also enjoy a balcony with views over the rooftops of Colmar, perfect for relaxing.

The "Au Pfeffel" apartment is the ideal starting point for exploring Little Venice, museums, gourmet markets, and the magical atmosphere of Colmar during the holidays. Thanks to its prime location in the city center, it occupies a strategic position for your sightseeing and allows you to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of this neighborhood during the Christmas holidays and the Easter market. All our services (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities, and Wi-Fi) are included in the price. To be paid before your arrival at the accommodation: the tourist tax, payable remotely by bank transfer or credit card at the agency during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and the security deposit, payable via a Swikly link or by credit card (authorization required). Security deposit amount: €400. Check-in is self-service thanks to a key box, ensuring a simple and flexible setup.

Very beautiful apartment, many toilets and bathrooms. Very good communication and information from Orpi!
No locks to the bathrooms and toilets. A shelter for the shower in the bathtub would have been good.

The apartment was very spacious and the location was perfect. It was an ideal location for visiting the Christmas markets and exploring the city. All of the detailed instructions from the host made everything very easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Très beau logement, les instructions pour l’arrivée était parfaite, plusieurs vidéo pour l’accès au parking, au logement on était envoyés avant notre arrivée.
L’emplacement est idéale en plein marché de noel, tout est accessible a pied. Le petit plus le parking en période de Noël très compliqué de trouver un parking en plein Colmar c’était un poids en moins. Je vous le recommande a 100%.
