The house is equipped with central heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, satellite TV (in multiple languages), sound systems, washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer, and mosquito nets in all rooms.

The gas kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, complete dinnerware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, and juicer: everything you need to prepare group meals and enjoy long after-dinner conversations in the countryside. 🖼️ Outdoors, guests will enjoy two porches, a spacious private garden with outdoor furniture, and a barbecue pavilion with a dining area, refrigerator, barbecue, outdoor utensils, and a bathroom with a shower.

Next to the pavilion is a spectacular swimming pool with a solar shower, sun loungers, and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing during the warmer months.

Pool towels will be provided. The estate has indoor parking for two vehicles, as well as ample outdoor space. The perimeter of the house and the pavilion is fenced within an extensive private plot, ideal for walks observing livestock and free-roaming animals, and at night, contemplating the sky in all its splendor. Finca El Álamo is more than a rural house: it is a haven of peace, nature, and Extremaduran tradition, where every corner has been designed for rest and connection with the environment. 📌 House Rules The maximum capacity is 12 people, including children.

Guests under 25 years of age are not permitted.

Rooms are prepared according to the number of guests, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency. Events or parties are not allowed. Caravans, tents, or any type of additional overnight stay exceeding the stated capacity are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside the facilities.

All buildings are non-smoking areas. ℹ️ Notes Bed linen and towels are changed once a week, depending on the length of stay. Check-ins after 9:00 PM incur an additional charge of €100.
