Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor:

Ideally located in the heart of the Côtes-d'Armor coastline, this new and comfortable cottage, designed by Hervé and Magali, welcomes you to an exceptional natural setting, a protected area renowned for its biodiversity and popular with birdwatchers and hikers.
Not only is relaxation on the agenda, but the GR34 is 20 meters from the gate, as are the Vélomaritime trail and the nearest beaches in the neighboring towns just a few minutes away. Here you'll enjoy the nearby Crêperie and Bistrot des Grèves. All shops are accessible in 5 minutes, and, a great bonus, the RN12 is 2 km away.
You'll be 8 km from the lively and authentic Port du Légué or the historic center of Saint Brieuc.
More broadly, the Côtes de Goëlo and Penthièvre are available to you with flagship resorts such as Pléneuf Val André and Saint Quay Portrieux.

La location donne sur la baie de Saint-Brieuc et est très confortable. Les propriétaires ont aménagé leur gîte avec Beaucoup de goût et sont adorables. On peut profiter d'un joli jardin au calme. Les commerces sont à proximité ainsi qu'une excellente crêperie accessible à pieds.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce gîte.

Un très beau séjour dans un gîte très bien décoré avec une vue superbe sur la baie de st Brieuc, juste au pied de la réserve ornithologique. Les propriétaires Hervé et Magali sont très sympathiques et aux petits soins. Le gîte permet de rayonner aussi bien sur la côte bretonne, à l'ouest ou à l'est de st Brieuc qu'à l'intérieur des terres.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce joli gîte en bord de baie : très belle vue, bons restaurants proches,bon emplacement entre Erquy et Paimpol.Le propriétaire est très sympa et avenant. Nous recommandons.
