Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest station, Luas Stop The Gallops, is just a 6-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 33-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

The house also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home! The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, which includes a comfortable sitting area where you can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all your favourite shows.
The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, cutlery to fulfil culinary requirements, and a dining area.
The are three bedrooms.
One is fitted with a UK double bed, and the others with UK queen beds equipped with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner Enjoy your stay!

Glencairn Walk in Dublin 18 is a quiet residential street in the Gallops area, known for its modern housing and well-kept surroundings. The neighbourhood has a strong community feel, with nearby green spaces and walking routes. It is well connected by the LUAS Green Line at Glencairn. Close by are Leopardstown Racecourse, a major venue for horse racing and events, and Leopardstown Golf Centre, offering driving range and practice facilities. Local shops, schools, and Dundrum are also within easy reach.

Very nice experience. Our first time in Ireland. Clean space and it had everything we needed. Best part was the proximity to the Green Line... after a short walk, we were on the greenline to City Center. Would stay here again.

Love the place. It feels like home. Got grandparents in their 70s visiting first time in Ireland and they were delighted with the place. I would say the only downside for them is not having a toilet downstairs as they are quite frail going up and down the stairs was a trek. Had a lovely family dinner there and was nice and warm. The house is so homely. Thanks for letting us stay. ♥️

Lovely, clean place in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to the centre with the tram. By the way, Fernhill Park and Gardens is in the walking distance. We went hiking there. We stayed at this place for a week and enjoyed our time in Dublin.
