Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus station, Patrick's Cathedral, is just a 6-minute walk. Dublin airport is an 30-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please note: Electricity usage during your stay is not included in the base rate.

Featuring a sofa and a wide-screen smart TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up some yummy homemade meals, including a microwave.
The apartment also comes with a washing machine, should you need it. The bedroom is furnished with a UK king-size bed and a UK queen-sized bed in the second room, complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
