We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus station, Lansdowne Park, is just a 3-minute walk.
Dublin airport is an 25-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

The living room has one sofa and an armchair where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, as well as a TV to watch all your favourite shows.
The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious homemade meals and a dining table where you can eat with loved ones.
Both bedrooms feature a comfortable UK double bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep for guests.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub.
Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

A pleasant and comfortable stay in a convenient location The apartment was clean, well maintained, and comfortable for a longer stay. The location was very convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and the check-in process was straightforward.

The place was great. Quiet, clean and Cosy. Everything you need for a pleasant séjour.
But please check the loo’s flush and shower doors.
