We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Blackrock, is just a 4-minute walk. Dublin's airport is a 35-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Well located within walking distance of restaurants, markets, and Dart station. Easy to park behind the building for 3 hours per metered payment. Best to move your car to a different space each time you add to the meter.Pay and place receipt on dashboard of car. Currently, 5 Euros for 3 hours. Park overnight at no charge starting at 19:00 to 08:00 the following morning.

Great location just outside city center. Loved the view. The property was clean and well-appointed. Multiple great coffee shops within a couple minutes walk. Easy to access the Dart train right across the street. Loved the flat and the location. Blackrock is a perfect base for a Dublin visit. Thanks for a lovely visit- would love to stay again in the future!

We loved the unit EXCEPT the front door lock fell off from the cleaners the first day we arrived and was never fixed even after requesting the repair everyday. So basically the front door to the until was actually off and the door was ajar all week….day and night. Poor security for sure.
