We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Blackrock, is just a 4-minute walk. Dublin's airport is a 35-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. The living room is elegantly furnished, with a sitting area, a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for accommodating four guests.
It is also generously lit, ideal for sharing moments with your group. The open-plan kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil your culinary requirements. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with windows overlooking the sea, offering a tranquil atmosphere.
The UK king-size beds are adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable rest. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Fantastic apartment, close to everything. The only negative comment was the bed in the primary room. It was (as others have said) very uncomfortable. Also note well that an Irish King is not the same size as a US king closer to a queen.

Well located within walking distance of restaurants, markets, and Dart station. Easy to park behind the building for 3 hours per metered payment. Best to move your car to a different space each time you add to the meter.Pay and place receipt on dashboard of car. Currently, 5 Euros for 3 hours. Park overnight at no charge starting at 19:00 to 08:00 the following morning.

Great location just outside city center. Loved the view. The property was clean and well-appointed. Multiple great coffee shops within a couple minutes walk. Easy to access the Dart train right across the street. Loved the flat and the location. Blackrock is a perfect base for a Dublin visit. Thanks for a lovely visit- would love to stay again in the future!
