Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Mount Street Bridge, is just a 3-minute walk. Dublin Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

The living room has one sofa and one armchair where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city, as well as a TV to watch all your favourite shows. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious homemade meals and another dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The bedroom features a comfortable UK double bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep for guests. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a bathtub.
Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we’ll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Enjoy your stay! Great place, nice location, plenty of space and nicely updated interior that appears well maintained. The key pickup location was a little far away and the water heater was funny to figure out, but only minor inconveniences for an overall lovely experience!

Fantastic location, we walked everywhere: pubs, restaurants, museums, downtown, beach, close to the train, more pubs.
The apartment was so cosy, tons of space, really nicely appointed. Will definitely be booking here again.
