The Seapoint Dart station, just a 5-minute walk away, provides access to Dublin city centre in 20 minutes.
Additionally, the Dublin Bus stop is conveniently located 50 meters away for lines 7/7A/7E/S8.
For those arriving or departing by air, the Air Coach (airport shuttle) stop is only a 5-minute walk from the cottage at Monkstown Crescent.
GoCars, convenient rentable vehicles, are available 50m away on Alma Road.
Just register on the app and away you go.
Dublin Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

The first two bedrooms feature UK double size beds, while the other two have UK single beds (which can be extended to double).

You'll discover a conservatory area featuring two chairs overlooking the garden.
It's an ideal spot to unwind and bask on sunny days.
Both bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Great location. Easy access to dart. Easy street parking if you rented a car. We had two issues during the two weeks and both resolved that day. The main bathroom is a bit small but not an issue. Very responsive hosts. Would definitely stay there again on our return.

Really great accommodation! The facilities were top-notch and offered everything you need. We immediately felt at home. The location was ideal and the beautiful room layout made the whole thing even cosier. We would come back at any time. A small note: the washing machine is in the garden in the shed - that would be good to know, as we were looking for it a bit at the beginning.
