Directly behind Baaber Beach, two very cozy wooden holiday homes await you. Enjoy your vacation with up to six people in close proximity to the beach, as it's only about 75 meters from your holiday home to the fine sandy beach.

A security deposit of €150.00 (€200.00 over New Year's Eve) is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent.
The security deposit will be refunded after departure, minus the settlement of incidental costs. Costs for electricity (€0.58/kWh), water (€6.50/m³), and gas (€1.32/m³) will be charged according to consumption (prices are non-binding) and offset against the paid security deposit. Bathroom and bed linen, as well as firewood, can be ordered for a fee upon request. The tourist tax is due before arrival. Two parking spaces and a lockable bicycle shed are available free of charge directly at the property. One pet can be booked.

The furnishings are completely identical and offer you everything you need for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor, in addition to the living and dining area, there is an open-plan kitchen with full equipment.
Enjoy the evening on the comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace. The spacious bathroom with a double vanity, large mirror, and hairdryer has a walk-in shower.
Your private sauna for two to three people provides wellness. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, each with a double bed and an additional bunk bed. The electric blinds, among other things, ensure restful sleep. A second bathroom completes the comfort. A communal barbecue area adjoins the terraces. Your bicycles and beach equipment will find a secure place in our lockable storage shed.
