Le Clos de la Ferrière is a charming, detached architect-designed house located in the heart of the village of Nozay (shops and restaurants nearby), in a verdant and authentic setting, 25 km from Châteaubriant, 60 km from Rennes, and 40 km from Nantes.
Private parking is available on the property.
The south-facing terrace is furnished and shaded, and there is a charming, enclosed garden of approximately 1700 m² with mature trees, a private heated swimming pool (9x4m - open from approximately May to October), and a pétanque court.
Ground floor: separate fitted kitchen opening onto a living/dining room with a bioethanol fireplace (2 liters provided), 3 bedrooms (2 with two single beds 90x200cm that can be joined together and 1 with a double bed 160x200cm), bathroom (shower and bathtub), office with elliptical trainer and weight bench, and separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (each with a 160x200 cm bed), shower room, and separate WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, stereo system, cot/high chair, tumble dryer, bean-to-cup coffee machine, food processor.
Included: electricity, heat pump heating, firewood, bed linen, and towels.
Not included: mandatory end-of-stay cleaning (€230) and tourist tax.
Pets are welcome free of charge (deposit €100).

Hôtes très sympathiques, accueillants et avec qui nous avons eu grand plaisir à échanger.
La maison est très confortable et propose tout le nécessaire à un séjour réussi, rien ne manque !

Tout était parfait dans cette maison. Flexibilité sur l'heure d'arrivé, hôte accueillant, réactif et toujours disponible, piscine grande et chauffée, jardin très soigné, équipement cuisine au top, literie très confortable, jeux de sociétés et BD pour jouer avec les enfants.
