The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. On the same floor there is another full bathroom with shower and a modern open plan kitchen with induction hob, which is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and all the necessary utensils.

Also on this floor there is a spacious living-dining room with a large sofa, an armchair, Smart TV with international channels and direct access to a wonderful terrace of 18 m² equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs and views of the pool.
