In this pretty, well-maintained, and very well-equipped holiday apartment, directly on the promenade and beach, you will spend an unforgettable, relaxing holiday. Upon arrival, the large, gated parking lot is available directly in front of the building. You can then reach your cozy holiday apartment via one of the 2 elevators. As soon as you enter the apartment, a pleasant and friendly living atmosphere prevails. Immediately to the right, there is a storage room where everyday necessities or groceries, drinks, etc., can be stored.

Directly next to it is the bright, modern shower room.

Further to the right is the well-equipped fitted kitchen.

Straight ahead is the separate small bedroom with a window and a wonderful lake view. Further to the left, you enter the very tastefully furnished living/dining room.

In front of it is the large sun balcony facing south, located directly on the Baltic Sea. In the area set back behind the living room is the sleeping area with a new large double bed and a large wardrobe, visually separated. You will feel extremely comfortable here with a maximum of 3 people. Wi-Fi is now also available. We wish you a lovely holiday.
