Open plan kitchen with a four-hob stove, extractor, large fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Double bedroom with private bathroom and a bath or shower. Separate toilet. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: two double bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Very spacious and beautifully landscaped garden (bordered with plants) with a private pool (approx. 10 x 4 m); open from 23/04-01/10, depending on the weather). Large patio with garden furniture and loungers. Parking space (for 2 cars) by the villa.
