The port and Budersand golf course can be reached in 10 minutes.</p> <p>This house has been lovingly and thoughtfully redesigned for comfort.</p> <p>On the ground floor, there is the living room with a separate dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a separate bathroom with a window, a double bedroom, as well as a guest toilet complement the ground floor.</p> <p>From the kitchen, you can access the large garden with a terrace, equipped with a beach chair and garden furniture for relaxing and sunbathing.</p> <p>On the upper floor, there are two additional spacious double bedrooms with double beds (180x200 cm). Also, there is a modern bathroom with a window, shower, sink, and toilet.</p> <p>Guests have two parking spaces available on the property.</p>

Here, you will have plenty of fun cooking while enjoying a view of the garden. A smaller dining table is also located in the kitchen. </p> <p><b>Bedrooms </b><br/>The Sylt holiday home offers 3 bedrooms with a double bed. All bedrooms have windows that provide natural daylight. </p> <p><b>Sanitary Facilities</b> <br/>The holiday accommodation includes two shower rooms/WCs and a guest WC. </p> <p><b>Garden <br/></b>From the kitchen, you can access the furnished terrace and the very large garden with a barbecue area.
