The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this air-conditioned apartment with a swimming pool for rent in Garéoult. It has a surface area of 37 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,500 m². The apartment is ideally located in Garéoult, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the two parking spaces available inside the property.

- Toulon train station is about 40 minutes away by car.
- Toulon airport is 45 minutes away and Marseille Provence airport is 1 hour away.
