We welcome you to our large vacation apartment on the outskirts of Leipzig in Wiederitzsch Nord.
The apartment was furnished in 2025, is modernly equipped, and comfortably accommodates 2 adults plus 1 child.
However, for short stays, it can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people. Our vacation apartment is approximately 64 square meters and is located on the first floor of a single-family home.
It has a separate entrance, a large private entrance area with stairs to the first floor.
There is video surveillance in the outdoor area of the accommodation. The first floor contains the open-plan kitchen and living area, the bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony.
In the open-plan kitchen and living area, there is a sofa bed (for a maximum of 2 additional people), a large flat-screen TV, a small dining table, and chairs.
It is also equipped with a combination microwave/convection oven/grill. In the spacious bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink, a hairdryer is also available. The bedroom has a large double bed (2.00m x 2.00m), a lounge sofa (for a maximum of 1 additional person), bedside tables, a desk, and wardrobes. Both rooms (open-plan kitchen and living area, and bedroom) are equipped with an air conditioning unit and have access to the balcony.
The balcony is 10 square meters, offers a wonderful view of the garden, and is equipped with balcony chairs and a small table.
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Also suitable for cyclists and motorcyclists, as secure parking facilities are available.
Cars can park on the street in front of the house. The vacation apartment has good public transport connections.
Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach the bus stop, within 10 minutes the tram stop, and within 20 minutes the S-Bahn station Neue Messe Leipzig.
The nearest airport, Leipzig/Halle, is one S-Bahn stop away (approx. 5 minutes travel time) or can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
You can reach the city center in 15 minutes by tram and S-Bahn.
The new trade fair grounds are only approx. 2 km (2 tram stops) away and can be easily reached on foot in just 30 minutes. For breakfast, you can pre-order oatmeal, milk, toast, etc. from us. Shopping facilities (Edeka supermarket, pharmacy, bistro) are nearby.
