Your vacation rental is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor:
Living room with kitchenette and lounge area (27 m²), toilet
Upstairs:
One bedroom with a 160cm double bed
One bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a 90cm single bed
Bathroom with shower, toilet
Outdoors:
Courtyard, lawn. Games room and barbecue shared by all the cottages.
Wellness area with free sauna. Massages available upon request at an additional cost. The estate offers a large 12m x 4m swimming pool, covered and heated to between 27 and 29 degrees.
Opening hours are from 9am to 8pm from early April to early November, and from 10am to 7pm from early November to early April.
The pool is open daily during high season. In low season, the swimming pool will be closed: from 23/11 to 20/12/25 and from 04/01 to 13/02/26. House adjoining another gite in a group of 7 dwellings plus the owner's home, on a farm, 3 km from town centre and 7 km from St Brieuc.

Le domaine est magnifique et notre petit gite était parfait avec ses deux chambres à l’étage, et le petit salon lumineux ! La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus (petit regret de ne pas pouvoir y aller avant 10h pour les lèves-tôt). Plein de super recommandations, Camille est une super hôte. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
