Large shared courtyard, lawn with a children's play area. Pleasure garden. Equestrian center 200m away.
Wellness area with free sauna. Massages available upon request at an additional cost. The estate offers a large 12m x 4m swimming pool, covered and heated to between 27 and 29 degrees.
Opening hours are 9am to 8pm from early April to early November, and 10am to 7pm from early November to early April.
The swimming pool is open every day during the high season. During the low season, the pool will be closed: from 23/11 to 20/12/25 and from 04/01 to 13/02/26. One of 9 gîtes situated on owners' farm. House adjacent to owners' home. Situated 2 miles from the shops, 4 miles from the sea and St-Brieuc and 800 yards from racing track. Horse-riding.
