When Peter Kriechel Senior planted his first vine, he probably had no idea what would eventually come of it.
Two generations later, not only have magnificent wines grown, but also our lovingly furnished holiday apartments – a place to feel good and enjoy.
In the midst of the idyllic Ahr Valley, these modern apartments offer the highest living comfort in a stylish new building.
The architecture combines contemporary design with traditional elements – a natural stone wall gives the building a charming, almost Mediterranean character.
For added comfort, all apartments are easily and barrier-free accessible by an elevator – ideal for all ages and every stay.
Enjoy the incomparable view of the surrounding vineyards directly from your balcony.
The quiet location, combined with high-quality construction and nature-inspired design, makes this accommodation a very special retreat with an extraordinary flair.

The building impresses with a successful combination of contemporary architecture and natural materials – the natural stone wall gives the house an elegant, Mediterranean character.
The apartment is flooded with light, equipped to a high standard, and ideal for families, couples, small groups, or business travelers.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a panoramic view – or a glass of our Ahr wine at sunset.
The light-flooded rooms, stylish furnishings, and open living concept create an exclusive atmosphere of wellbeing – perfect for those seeking tranquility, wine lovers, or style-conscious travelers.
Experience stylish living amidst picturesque vineyards: Our three modern, generously sized apartments offer plenty of light, comfort, and a high-quality living environment.
The architecturally appealing building is complemented by a distinctive natural stone wall that adds Mediterranean flair.
Payment is made via bank transfer.
Arrival is possible from 3 PM to 10 PM.
Departure is possible until 10 AM.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation.
Please contact us in a timely manner for coordination if necessary.
Access is via PIN code entry at the front door/garage or NFC.
You will receive the code in good time before your arrival by email.
A baby crib and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request and availability.
Pets are not allowed.
The visitor's tax of €2 per person/night for guests aged 18 and over, and €0.80 for children aged 6 and over, will be charged additionally on site.
Other applicable fees: E-charging station per garage €50.00 Check-In: 14:00-20:00 hours Check-Out: 08:00-10:00 hours

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad bij Kriechel,s terroir, met een prachtig uitzicht op de wijnvelden. Het appartement was keurig voor elkaar alles was aanwezig. Ook heerlijk genoten van de Whirlpool.
Ook in de omgeving genoeg mogelijkheden om erop uit te gaan, winkels en restaurants op korte afstand aanwezig.
Wij raden deze accommodatie zeer zeker aan, en zouden graag een keer terug komen.
