We launched our freshly renovated, 97m² holiday apartment "Glühwürmchen" in July 2025. Our bright, lovingly furnished apartment on the ground floor offers plenty of space for up to 6 people.
The open, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and freezer, stove with induction hob, oven, coffee and pad machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave leads into the dining and living area.
Here you will find a large dining table and a cozy seating area with a large Smart TV. From there, you can access the large, east-facing terrace.
The hallway leads to the bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer, as well as to the 3 bedrooms.
One with a double bed, another with a single bed and pull-out function to a double bed, and the third with a pull-out couch and access to the 18m² covered balcony.
Here you can enjoy the evening sun to end the day. All rooms are equipped with electric roller shutters. Important to know: Our holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment, parties and events are not permitted. Engelskirchen is surrounded by rolling hills, meadows, and mixed forests, inviting you to go cycling and hiking.
The Panoramasteig (Panorama Trail) starts and ends in Ründeroth.
Shops such as Aldi, Lidl, and Rewe, bakeries, butcher shops, snack bars, ice cream parlors, a post office, Jysk, Futterhaus, doctors, and the Engelskirchen/Loope hospital, as well as the Aggertal rehabilitation clinic, are all within a few minutes' drive. The Oberbergisches Land region offers several museums, dams, lakes, castles, and caves, including the Aggertalhöhle cave in Ründeroth, which is within walking distance, and the Windloch, discovered in 2019, which is set to be declared a natural monument.
