Includes linen change, towels, and use of the kitchen. The house consists of a spacious living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchenette, three bedrooms (two double and one with French beds), bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV.

The house can accommodate up to 5 people. You have a large veranda with wooden tables and benches, a large garden with an English lawn, ideal for relaxing in contact with nature and for children's games.

Barbecue and tables with benches are available for the whole family. My presence on the upper floor is guaranteed for any needs or advice. The villa is in a strategic position, allowing you to easily reach many places of interest: - Monopoli, with its charming historic center, rich in typical venues, sandy beaches, and crystal-clear waters. - Castellana Caves, one of Italy's most spectacular karst cave complexes, 7 km away. - Alberobello, capital of the Trulli, with its unique historic center, 15 km away. - Polignano a Mare, with its picturesque old town overlooking the sea, 7 km away. - Fasano Safari Zoo, 15 km away. A few meters from the house you will find steakhouses offering local meat tastings, markets, bars, and restaurants. On request: transport to/from airports, stations, and excursions, available for an extra fee.
