“H17” – Since October 2021, we have been offering an apartment with high-quality furnishings in our newly built wooden house.
From the white fir shingle facade to our real wood parquet flooring, there is nothing missing for your well-being.
Our solid wood walls not only offer an optimal room climate for allergy sufferers but also give our guests the feeling of experiencing nature within their own four walls. Our holiday home is located in the small village of Hinang, between Sonthofen and Oberstdorf.
A dreamlike view of the Alps awaits you. Our apartment not only invites you to cook together but also offers you plenty of space to relax and feel good on 85 square meters.
The large west-facing balcony with a glass railing guarantees the best views at any time of day. Our wine cellar and beverage refrigerator in the basement, stocked with fruit juices, sodas, and local beers, offers our guests the right drink at any time.
Parking spaces are available directly at the house.
A basement compartment also offers additional space for skis and hiking boots, as well as other equipment.
We offer a cleaning station for dirty equipment, as well as a washing machine and dryer, for a small fee. Other We charge a one-time fee of €110 for final cleaning and laundry.
