This house with land, located in the beautiful Liendo valley in Cantabria, offers a privileged natural setting, very close to some of the most unique beaches on the Cantabrian coast. It is a spacious home, designed both for relaxation and shared living, ideal for those who value peace, outdoor living, and proximity to the sea.
The house has five double bedrooms, four of them equipped with double beds and one with two single beds. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, which makes access easier. In total, the house has three full bathrooms inside, as well as an outdoor bathroom next to the garden, barbecue, and pool area—very practical for everyday use during the summer months.
The kitchen, recently renovated, combines functionality and modern design, with quality materials and a bright atmosphere. It connects to a spacious and comfortable living room, perfect for family gatherings or simply enjoying the calm of the surroundings. From the inside, you can directly access the outdoor area, where a large outdoor table allows you to enjoy meals in the fresh air, surrounded by peace and greenery.

Es una casa grande y amplia con zona ajardinada y porche para pasar una buena velada en la terraza.
Totalmente recomendable para pasar unos dias con familia o amigos.
La anfitriona siempre atenta a lo que nos hiciera falta.
El acceso por coche, pero hay que entender que estamos hablando de zona rural.
