Appartement un peu vétuste, baie vitrée ne ferme pas, manivelle volet roulant cassée, lit inconfortable, canapé très vieux, propreté médiocre, 2 verres fêlés, pas d'eponge, pas de torchon, pas égouttoir, pas de sac poubelle etc... Manque un four.

Très bel appartement, situé à Mimizan plage sud où c'est beaucoup plus calme que Mimizan plage nord pour celles et ceux qui aiment le calme.
