Llevamos cuatro años yendo a esta casa, disfrutándola y viviéndola.
Está muy bien situada , cerca de la playa, el bosque y las calles animadas de Mimizan plage.
Está muy bien equipada , limpia y confortable.
Su porche y su jardín es un plus, nos seguiremos alojando en ella en próximas ocasiones, seguro.

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut in Nähe der Innenstadt und Nahe zum Strand. Es ist alles fussläufig.
Der Zustand des Hauses ist aber zu optimieren.
Es roch sehr stark muffig in der Wohnung.
wir mussten einzelne Möbel, die besonders stark rochen auf die Terrasse stellen. Mit Dauerlüften und Einsatz von Räucherstäbchen ging es dann.
