La maison etait Propre... mais cette maison pourrait être parfaite si des travaux d entretien étaient envisagés. Propriétaire sympathique au demeurant.....
Peintures intérieurs... mobiliers. . Literies.... terrasse.... tout est à reprendre pour être dans les critères d une location correcte...

Pas une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo à l'arrivée, ni de filtre à café, ou de sel...
Si on se sert du grille pain, ça fait sauter le disjoncteur qui dans le garage fermé, du coup il faut appeler le propriétaire... donc pas de pain grillé, il se...
