Settle in at La Plaine-sur-Mer, a paradise for food lovers, shore fishermen, water sports enthusiasts, and those who love to relax! This villa, named Le Chalet Marylène, is located on a former hillside, just a 700 m walk from the seaside, in the quiet neighborhood of La Peignère. It can accommodate 14 adults and 1 child. This family home is all on one level and features a separate kitchen equipped with everything you need to feel at home (induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and Tassimo coffee makers, toaster, kettle, and much more). A dining room, a living room with a TV, a laundry room with a wine cellar, a chest freezer, a washing machine, and a dryer complete the amenities.
Two toilets, a shower room, and a bedroom (160 cm bed) complete the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), one with bunk beds, 2 bedrooms with single beds (2 x 90 cm), a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Facing East-West, the house has a fenced and secure garden with multiple areas.
For maximum comfort, garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, and some loungers are provided. You can park for free on the hillside, in front of the house.
