This villa, called Le Chalet Marylène, is located on an ancient hillside, just 700 m from the seafront on foot, in the quiet district of La Peignère. It can accommodate 14 adults and 1 child.
This single-storey family home has a separate kitchen equipped with everything you need to feel at home (induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and Tassimo coffee makers, toaster, kettle and much more). A dining room, lounge with TV, laundry room with wine cellar, chest freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer complete the facilities. Two WCs, a shower room and a bedroom (bed 160) complete the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms with double beds (140), one of which has bunk beds, 2 bedrooms with single beds (2 x 90), a bathroom, a shower room and a separate WC.
Orienting east-west, the house has an enclosed, secure garden with plenty of space. For maximum comfort, garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and a few deckchairs are provided.
You can park for free on the hillside opposite the house.
