The apartment is located on Walońska Street in the Olawa Suburb, in a quiet and green part of Wroclaw. It overlooks the surrounding greenery, which creates a pleasant background for daily recreation. At a distance of about 15 minutes walk are located recreational areas on the Oława River and the Park on Low Meadows - an ideal place for a walk, jogging or a moment of relaxation. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous grocery stores, bakeries, service outlets, as well as restaurants offering a variety of cuisine. A few minutes' walk away are public transportation stops, from which running lines provide convenient connections to the center and other parts of the city. An additional form of transportation is the city bike station, also available in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is well connected with the key points of Wroclaw. The Old Town with the Market Square and the historic Town Hall can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
