Excellent high-speed Wi-Fi is included. The apartment building is situated in a beautiful, quiet area that offers both seclusion and stunning scenery, while being only five minutes from the center of Courchevel 1650.

Enjoy the convenience of doorstep skiing—just a simple 100-metre glide takes you onto the Belvedere ski run, with a 400-metre blue run leading down to the main bubble lift.

This provides easy access to all the 1650 runs, which connect to Courchevel 1850, Meribel, Val Thorens, and Les Menuires.

Both the studio and the adjacent two-bedroom apartment are on the first floor, each with balconies, ski lockers, and underground parking.

The studio and the two-bedroom apartment can be rented separately or together, making the studio ideal for a couple and the two-bedroom apartment perfect for a family.

Together, they can accommodate up to eight people.

The studio also has a spare mattress, so a third person (such as a child) can be accommodated if needed. There are three types of ski passes available: Courchevel 1650 only, Courchevel, and the Three Valleys.

More advanced skiers may wish to purchase the Three Valleys pass, which includes one day of skiing in Val d’Isère/Tignes (about a 1.5-hour drive away).

Courchevel 1850 is accessible by skiing via Chanrossa, via Pra-Meruel, or by free ski bus.

For those who prefer walking, the trail down to Lake La Rosière begins just outside the apartment. Please note the house rules: You are kindly asked to leave the studio clean and tidy for the next guests.

Please wash all linen used in the washer/dryer in the studio.
