The villa is located within a limited traffic zone, known as ZTL Pilarella, which is active from 21 June to 15 September. The following access restrictions apply during this period, though times and dates are subject to change by the Municipality of Monte Argentario. From 18:00 to 21:00, access is permitted only with a permit available for 1 car, and guests are kindly asked to send their vehicle details in advance in order to arrange the permit. From 21:00 to 24:00, traffic is entirely prohibited. From 24:00 to 02:00, access is once again permitted only with a permit available for 1 car. From 02:00 to 18:00, there are no restrictions. Guests travelling with groups of teenagers are welcome on request only.

Die Unterkunft liegt angenehm ruhig und etwas versteckt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig. Es passiert nicht häufig, dass man in einer Ferienwohnung echte Kunst an den Wänden hat.
Für die Sommermonate ist sie sicherlich sehr angenehm, da die Wohnung in die Erde gebaut ist.
