With capacity for up to 5 people (4+1), the house combines simplicity and comfort. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower, air conditioning and a bright living room - perfect for shared family moments. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to leisurely prepared meals with flavours that taste like summer.


Outside, the setting is idyllic: a well-kept garden, shaded dining area, sun loungers and a plunge pool where the silence is only interrupted by the chirping of birds. At the end of the day, an outdoor barbecue becomes the perfect plan.


Just 3.5 kilometres from Meia Praia and 10 kilometres from Lagos, this house offers the ideal balance between isolation and proximity. If you're looking for a place to stop, breathe and experience the authentic Algarve, Moradia Caicco awaits you.


It is not necessary to hire a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking on request. We can also help organise transfers if necessary.


If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an enquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.


Group deposit: €150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).


A reservation handling, insurance and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfers, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.
