With a capacity of 8 people, the location of this duplex will offer you access to about 200 meters from the ski slopes on foot and will be perfect for winter sports and departures on many hiking trails. Upon arrival in the accommodation you will find on the first level a laundry with washing machine and dryer, a storage space for your ski business, a space for stretching for the suits and finally a separate toilet. On the next level you can enjoy a large bright living room with balcony overlooking a magnificent view of the Puy Griou and our other beautiful Cantalian mountains. A fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, fondue machine, diver mixer, household robot, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven...) and open to the living room and dining area will allow you to spend good friendly moments in group or family in the greatest comfort. On this level there is also a first bedroom with a double bed in 140x190 and its bathroom with privatized shower, a second bedroom with two single beds in 90x190 with its private shower room, then a third bedroom with two single beds in 90x190 and its private bathroom.

Finally, an independent wc completes this level. A staircase will lead you to a mezzanine where you will find a space with TV and sofa.

At the bottom of this one, you will also have at your disposal a last bedroom with a bed 140x190 and its private bathroom. This duplex is non-smoking.
