About 200 metres from the ski slopes and hiking trails, you can enjoy nature, calm and the magnificent view of the Cantalian mountains. Two possible accesses to enter the accommodation, in both cases some stairs are to be provided. Free public parking is available in front of the residence. This superb 80 m2 apartment has a large living room with its superb double-sided fireplace and TV, a dining room open to a charming fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, raclette machine, 2 piston coffee makers, toaster,...) all with a magnificent view of the mountain scenery. From this large room, you can access a bedroom by a small staircase downhill.

There you will find two 80x190 beds that can be combined to make a 160x190 bed.

A TV for watching DVDs is available. Continuing in the other part of the accommodation you will find the separate toilet, the large master bedroom with its 160x190 bed installed facing the fireplace and its magnificent view of the landscape. Going down a few steps, there will then be access to the bathroom with shower and the last bedroom with these 4 beds in 80x190 twin beds 160x190. An annex is available for this rental where you can store your ski equipment and where you can find the washing machine and dryer.

An additional toilet, sledges, closets are also in this space. Internet not available in this apartment. Bed linen and towels not provided possibility to book via our agency on request.

Animals are not allowed. An additional ski locker is available in the hallways of the residence. Baby cot available free of charge in this accommodation. 45 euros of agency case fees are to be provided. You'll be asked for bail.
