Housing :
Exceptional loft located in the Altitude 1500 residence. A few meters from ski slopes and hiking trails, this superb accommodation is ideal for large groups for seminars or major events and families up to 14 people. Our largest accommodation on the Lioran resort will allow everyone to find their place thanks to all its spacious and comfortable spaces.
On a first level, you will find a large bright living room with TV and huge windows that will allow you to contemplate a breathtaking view of our mountains. This living room is also open to its large equipped kitchen bar (oven, microwave, toaster, raclette/pierrade machine, traditional filter coffee maker, dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher...) and its dining area with its large and beautiful tabbed. A storeroom will store your belongings and you will find household equipment and amenities.
3 bedrooms (beds 160x200) each with a bathroom and toilet, are also on this level.
By using stairs you will have access to the bottom space where there is a huge relaxation area with comfortable sofas and an indoor garden where you can enjoy the view. You will have at your disposal here a billiard stopper and a babyfoot. A second bar area will allow you additional sharing moments and games with its darts hardware. Finally it will be at your disposal a last dorm room with these 3 double beds 160x200 including two bunks with on top their single bed 90x190. A laundry area and bath will be located right next to it with its washing machine and its high capacity dryer, a hygiene area with its two washbasins and to finish its two bathrooms with one side bath and the other shower, each having its own toilet and washbasin.
Wifi is available and free of charge.
Bed linen and towels are not provided but there is the possibility of booking by the agency. The size of the duvets (which are provided) is 140x160 for the 2 small duvets and for the 6 large duvets 240x260.
Pets are accepted. Non-smoking accommodation.
Special warning: From 10pm we ask you to make as little noise as possible, in case of non-respect of the neighborhood in relation to noise and complaints, your deposit will be automatically withdrawn.

A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
