Housing : Refreshed, this beautiful traditional Auvergnate house is located in rural area in the small village of Chambeuil, 5 kilometers from the Lioran resort, ski slopes and hiking trails.
You will find in this accommodation all the comforts you will need to enjoy your stay according to your activities in any season.
In winter, your vehicle must be equipped with suitable tires or chains during snow time because the roads are steep and the roads steep to get there.
This beautiful house has a capacity for 8 people.
It is composed on the ground floor: a large living room with its pellet stove and its superb country house style open to the equipped kitchen (with traditional filter coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster ....), a bedroom with a bed of 180X200, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet.
Upstairs: a seating area with TV and sofa bed 2 places in 140x190, a bedroom with a bed of 140X190 and another bedroom with two single beds of 90X190, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
You can enjoy the outdoors thanks to the two terraces with their garden furniture.
This country house has an unfenced exterior, so you will have to pay attention to children and animals because the road through the village is not far away.
You can park in front of the house on a path with at least 2 vehicles.
Vehicle equipment required (chains or socks) to access in winter.
Bed linen and towel is not provided, possibility to rent on request via our agency.
Non-smoking accommodation.
Pets allowed (1 only) with a surcharge of 35 euros. 4G internet connection included.
Washing machine available in the accommodation.
ATTENTION to arrive in late autonomy impossible because the accommodation is difficult to locate: arrivals at the required reception times( 16H/18H MAX). 45 euros of agency case fees are to be provided.
An undebited deposit will be requested.
Additional services payable on site: Deposit (refundable) €800.00 per reservation A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.

Une maison refaite à neuf, très propre, très bien équipée et bien placée. Au calme et proche de Murat et des grands sites de randonnée .Fraiche malgré la canicule!
Seul bémol: la qualité de la literie ( surtout pour une de 3 chambre)
L’équipe est à l’écoute et très réactive . Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
La literie surtout celle de la chambre du haut !( lit 2 places)

Maison idéalement située pour randonner ! Spacieuse et fonctionnelle, bien équipée ! Murat, belle petite ville qui mérite un détour. Terrasse spacieuse et bien équipée Endroit calme !

Maison très bien rénovée, dans un environnement très calme dans le village
Lorsque loué, detailler la quantité et la nature du linge de maison fourni. Des draps plats mais pas de housse de couette par exemple.
