Completely refurbished it will offer you a splendid south-facing view of the mountains.
For access, wooden stairs will be mounted.
Furnished with taste and fully equipped, this cottage is a real favorite because it will put at your disposal its wellness area with spa and sauna.
A large private entrance hall will store ski equipment in winter or bicycles in summer.
The property is located 200 m from the hiking trails that go towards the forests and the ridges of the Plomb du Cantal massif, 200 m from the Rocher du Cerf trail from where you can take the "Télésège de Rember" to practice the downhill mountain bike, 500 m from the cable car of the Plomb du Cantal that will take you to the summit.
A large terrace of 50 m2 equipped with a table and benches with small barbecue for coal, will allow you to enjoy the outside.
The night space consists of a bedroom with a double bed in 140x190 and a bunk bed with 2 beds in 90x190, then two bedrooms with a double bed in 140x190 and its mezzanine where there are two single beds in 90x190. A large living room tastefully decorated in the mountain spirit will allow you to meet and settle around a large table next to the pellet stove.
The open kitchen on the living room is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, traditional filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle, fondue and raclette machine...In this apartment you will find 2 bathrooms.
Only one separate toilet is present in the accommodation.
Bed linen not included, we can rent them on request.
Possibility also to bring your personal linen taking into account the size of beds.
A washing machine and a dryer are available in the laundry room.

Emplacement de rêve. Niveau de prestations très satisfaisant à part quelques détails échangés en direct et modifications en cours

Chalet très bien aménagé ,spacieux pour famille de 11 personnes avec enfants, bien exposé et lumineux accès facile aux pistes.
Seuls reproches mais on s adapte Un seul WC et places de parking non marquées au sol.
