About the Host
"Above all, cozy" – that's the motto of our charming vacation apartment in the heart of Bad Berleburg. The lovingly furnished apartment offers two cozy rooms and a covered balcony – perfect for relaxing. There is a bicycle garage for bikes, and a covered parking space is available for your car – ideal for two people. The quiet location in the city center offers a magnificent view of Berleburg Castle. Hiking and cycling trails are in the immediate vicinity and invite you to active explorations.

Conditions/Extras
A prepayment of 30% is charged after booking. The remaining payment is made on-site in cash. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival are charged at 50% of the total cost, and cancellations within 7 days before arrival are charged at 100% of the total cost.

Unit Description
The apartment offers two cozy rooms with a kitchenette, a small bathroom with a shower, and a covered balcony with access to the garden. Small amenities make your stay a pleasure: in the bathroom, a heated mirror provides a clear view even after showering. In the bedroom, an additional blackout curtain ensures restful sleep well into the day. An extra bed for a small child is available upon request. The kitchenette offers comfortable amenities with an induction hob, a raised oven, an additional microwave, and a fridge-freezer combination. And from the cozy sofa, you can use the Smart TV for a wide variety of media. The walls, partially plastered with clay, create a cozy atmosphere and excellent indoor climate. E-bikes find a safe space, and there is a dry spot in the carport for your car. The apartment is non-smoking and not designed for pets.

Conditions/Extras
Arrival is possible from 2 PM. Departure is possible until 11 AM. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in good time if necessary for coordination. Key handover is done in person on-site. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed. The visitor's tax of EUR 1.70 per person/night will be charged additionally on-site.
