The property has a modern taste with typical details which makes the ambient really relaxing and enchanting, it is developed on two floor and a fantastic roof terrace, equipped with a private swimming pool 3.5x3.5 meters, a pillow couch for relaxing and the barbecue. Moving downstairs we find two bedrooms, well decorated and really comfortable, they have a double bed (140cm) and an en suite bathroom with shower, there is also the air conditioning.

At the ground floor a charming living room with two areas for relax and sit , sofas, a fireplace, the TV, and coffee tables, there is a dining area with table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island,blender, mixer, coffee maker, induction stove where to prepare delicious meals.


Dar Happy offer to its guests a massage table, it is possible to book a treatment starting from €40.00, breakfast is included in the price, but is also possible to ask at the staff to prepare food, from €25.00 per person, the cleaning is every day.
