Directly connected with the outside, the bright living room with two lounge areas, with sofas, large flat plasmaTV, the fireplace and the dining area with table and chairs, just in front of the open fully equipped kitchen, where to prepare delicious meals with the family and friends.

Moving on the first floor there are four bedrooms, very spacious, brights and well decorated, to satisfy all the comforts and feel in love with the unique views, two bedrooms have a double bed and the access to the panoramic terrace, one room has a double bed, another room can accommodate 3 person with a double bed plus a single bed.

There are two bathrooms shared.

Directly from the street we access to the top floor where is the garage, the elevator and a fantastic sew view terrace.


Guest will appreciate the subfloor heating, air-conditioning and the alarm.
