Villa Valeria located between Positano and Praiano with private equpped terrace overlooking the sea
Villa Valeria is a property immersed in the Mediterranean colors of this world renowned stretch of coast known as the Amalfi Coast; in fact, it is located right in the middle of it. It is the perfect destination for a peaceful and unforgettable stay.
The property can be accessed directly from the coastal street, about 4 kilometers from the Positano main square and main beach. It also has direct access to the “Spiaggia di Laurito”, a charming beach where you can rent deck chairs, beach umbrellas and where you will also find a bar for a snack, a fine Espresso or simply to quench your thirst. A delectable restaurant is on the premises as well, not to mention water taxi service to the Positano main beach.
Villa Valeria has a particular architecture and is divided into two levels immersed in wide perfumed gardens and very panoramic terraces. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a toilet, wide living room, kitchen, laundry room, 2 wide terraces with spectacular sea view, a panoramic garden and a spacious solarium.
First level (140 square meters)
The house can be accessed from a private stairway made up of about 50 small steps. You will enter a large living room furnished with armchairs, a television, a DVD player, a dining table, and a large picture window exposed to the sunny and panoramic terrace. The window brightens and generously opens up the area, offering the possibility to enjoy the amazing view even while lounging on the sofas.
From here you can reach the kitchen, a small toilet area and the solarium.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and other small and useful appliances such as a microwave oven and toaster.
The terrace is about 35 square meters and has access to the large solarium (top floor) furnished with deck chairs for unforgettable moments, sunbathing or simply to enjoy a lovely glass of local wine.
Both the terrace and the solarium have a fantastic view over Positano and the emerald green sea of the Divine Coast.
Second level (85 square meters)
The second level is connected to the first tanks to an internal spiral staircase. You will reach a cozy sitting room furnished with sofas, it is brightened up due to the presence of a panoramic window. From here you can access all 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; you will find two of the bathrooms containing showers and the other with a bath tub as well. Next to the bathrooms you will find a laundry room for your convenience.
On this floor two small gardens and the terrace/solarium are located measuring about 80square meters. The terrace features two outdoor showers (one hot and one cold), deck chairs and small tables for delightful moments outdoors.
The view is simply breathtaking and the villa itself is tastefully furnished offering all types of comforts.

Rental Rules:
A cash refundable deposit of 500 Euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at time of departure after an inspection will take place in case of any damage.
Check-In time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Late check in fee after 20:00 € 25; after 11 pm € 50.
Checkout: 10:00
Prices include taxes, cleaning costs upon arrival, electric, bed linens and towels.
EXTRA COST to paid on site:
Final cleaning 150 €.
In case of a stay of more than 1 week € 150 will be due for the weekly cleaning + € 150 for the final cleaning
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
Heating from November to April € 20 per day

Villa Valeria is halfway between Positano and Praiano, about 200 meters’ distance there’s a quaint restaurant and roughly 150 meters down the road, you will find a ceramics shop with its own local production of fine gifts, artifact and handmade specialties.
The villa is located close to Hotel “Il San Pietro” well known and actually world famous for its peaceful location. We are certain that you will never forget the warm, colorful and enchanting sunsets this fine area offers, a truly heavenly experience!
We suggest the use of a car during your stay at Villa Valeria as you will easily and conveniently park in the villa’s private garage.
However, the local bus stop is only 10 meters away from the villa’s entrance gate, should you wish to use public transportation.
Villa Valeria is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to spend an unforgettable vacation in one of the most beautiful spots the world has to offer, well tucked away in a cozy and spacious villa far from the busy center of town.
Neighborhood and transport:
Positano is a village on the Amalfi coast. It is a very popular tourist destination with pebble beaches and narrow and steep streets full of shops and cafes. The Church of Santa Maria Assunta has a majolica dome and a Byzantine icon of the 13th century Virgin Mary. The Sentiero degli Dei hiking trail connects Positano to other coastal towns. A must see!

Amazing views
Amazing views, but actually outside of Positano so you rely on taxis or water taxis (subject to surf conditions) to get into town. Having said that, the small beach at Laurito that you can walk to is very nice with two great restaurants. Sourcer AirBnb

This is a gem of place large 3 bed room villa with a view out of a magazine about 5 minutes out of Positano the bus stops in front of the gate so easy access to any town .Roberta the host was charming and welcoming and we really enjoyed our staySoource: AirBnb
